Note: Standard shipping is our most cost-effective way to get your large bundles delivered. We recommend this for all school backpack and lunchbox sets.

Delivery Times: 1–3 business days (Next business day within the AusPost Express Network).
Weight Limit: Express shipping is available for orders up to 3.5kg. For larger bulk orders, please select Standard Shipping or contact us for a quote.
Processing Time: Most orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
During the busy Boxing Day and January Back-to-School period, we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid courier delays. While we fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the parcel has left our warehouse.
